- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Had an appointment at 8:40am today which for family reasons I could not attend. Been trying to call the practice since 6am, managed to get through a moment ago and the lady at reception slammed the phone down on me. I understand how annoying it must be for people to cancel appointments, but since the practice opens at 8:30am there wasn't much I could do, I would have happily explained to the receptionist if she had given me the chance to do so.
